What is the technology infrastructural requirement for having the analytics portal?
For redundancy, we require at least 2 AWS servers with enough capacity based on the number of customers. Less than 100K customers can be managed with 2 servers, however, anything beyond 100K customers, the resources will need to be reviewed and managed more carefully.
Will NovuGens handle/manage my analytics portal?
NovuGens can host the Analytics Portal or the client may want to host the portal within their own AWS or Azure environment
Will I need people to manage the analytics portal?
Portal administrators can monitor and administer the Portal activity, however, the solution itself can be hosted at client site or NovuGens can host within their AWS environment.
Do I pay extra to have an analytics portal?
The Analytics Portal is part of the ID37 solution, however, customizations are not included.
What data can I monitor/draw insights from using the analytics portal?
The portal monitor compliance, notes, documents, tasks, deadlines, and all other activities related to the customer compliance. Clients can quickly monitor compliance and send reminders to non-compliance users to take action. For auditing purposes, the portal is a great tool for providing detailed activity logs.
What does the analytics portal do?
The Analytics Portal provides a central repository, gateway and risk managmenent tool to monitor activity, compliance and overall risks. Beyond biometric authentication, the Analytics Portal provides another layer where clients can trigger behavior based on triggers or events to further minimize the risk of spoofing.
